"Ordered on the 2nd, still no news by the 13th..."
I made my order on the 2nd, and as of the 13th of December 2022, there’s been no word on my package. When I reached out, they told me the parcel was damaged during shipping and that a refund was processed, but I haven’t gotten any email about it yet. This company seems sketchy. Watch out!

"Awesome service, ordered on Wednesday..."
Awesome service, placed my order on Wednesday and got my items by Friday. The packaging was top-notch; those bottles were packed so well that I'm gonna keep the packaging for future use. I’ll surely be using this company again. Really impressed! A lot of other businesses could learn a thing or two from this one. Excellent service, super quick!

"Terrible company and support..."
This company is just the worst when it comes to customer support. I placed my order on Thursday before noon and paid for next day delivery, but it never showed up. I reached out to customer service and got zero response, which is just unbelievable. Now, I've received an email from DHS saying my package will arrive on Monday—four days later—when I don't even need it anymore. Seriously, what's the use of paying for next day delivery if they can't even manage to send it out on time?

"Awesome variety and customer care."
Fantastic service, nice range of beverages, and prices that are hard to beat. The first order I got was damaged, but they quickly sent me a new one that arrived the next day. My only complaint is the amount of cardboard they use for packaging; it really fills up my trash can. The delivery fee is fair. If they had free shipping for orders over a certain amount, I’d definitely buy from them more frequently.

Awesome customer support. I can't find anything to complain about. The initial bottle that arrived was shattered, so I reached out and received a replacement the very next day. The representative was friendly, courteous, and sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again and wouldn't think twice about recommending them to friends.
